Showroom POS Installation
Project: We were contacted by a client who manages a large international tech brand. During a video call, they briefed us on a new product launch which required installing 35 POS units throughout New Zealand.
Workflow: Our client and Install Manager worked through the documentation required for every install and the rollout times.
- We contacted our national teams to get fixed install dates and discuss the project.
- All bookings were reported back to the client for confirmation.
- The unassembled units were sent to us, checked and Tag and Testing Certified for NZ use.
- We assembled one unit to review the instructions and identify any issues that might arise during assembly. It was timed to ensure the time to assembly had been accounted for and matched the install plan. The instruction manual was adjusted and updated as required.
- Once any issues were addressed, the remaining units were dispatched to ensure the installation dates would be met.
- Our install manager liaised with our install teams, with progress photos uploaded daily, any issues were reported back and shared with the client.
- Any repairs or replacement units were sent to the appropriate team as needed.
Timeline: This rollout was completed over three weeks
International Tech Rebrand
Project: A large international tech company needed to replace product labels at over 100 sites throughout the country.
Workflow: Project was planned and costed for client.
- All labels were couriered to our team throughout NZ.
- A team member visited each site and site and replaced the labels in the store.
- A photo was taken and supplied to the client as part of the reporting and evaluation process.
Timeline: This rollout was completed over two weeks.
Showroom TV Installation
Project: The client wanted to add Smart TVs to over 100 retail stores throughout New Zealand. 50 immediately then another 50 over a period of months.
Workflow: We received 100+ screens delivered to our warehouse, these screens were then checked for required IT updates and prepared for to various small to medium retail shops throughout NZ.
- Once our team was onsite, they had to setup the screens and ensure the Wi-Fi was connected and it was working.
- We also managed returns and replacements.
Timeline: The first part was completed over four weeks.
Cabinetry Install Programme
Project: 5000+ cabinetry install throughout NZ
Workflow: We have designed various cabinets fit for purpose, and then are then stored until they are sent to the team throughout NZ for installation.
- We liaise with multiple suppliers to manufacture cabinets and deal with the materials that are required for maintenance.
- We on request, repair, replace and remove cabinets from various sites throughout NZ.
- We provide a comprehensive reporting and compliance evaluation as part of this contract.
Timeline: This project is ongoing.
